We will email you the status of your order
If the order has not been shipped by the courier company after the order is placed, it can be cancelled and we will deal with it immediately after we see it

If payment has been declined, kindly place a new order as we are unable to process any orders until payment has been successfully made.

It depends on how long it takes for the courier to deliver, but we will do our best to get the order to the courier as soon as possible
